HOW DOES THIS DIFFER FROM OUR ENTERPRISE PLANS?

Your needs as a home business or student are very different than a larger company. You still need the support, but you don’t have the same budget. These plans are tailored to the home business.

 

Upgrade to an Enterprise plan, and receive:

CAN I GET MORE BACKUP SPACE?

Absolutely! You can get additional 10GB for $5 monthly.

DOES THIS INCLUDE EMAIL?

While we encourage you to have your own professionally-branded email for your business, these packages do not include any email solutions. If you need any, we offer them separately with our Web Solutions.

ANY SETUP FEES?

There is a setup fee equal to 50% of your monthly fees, if we need to send a technician to install the software. Otherwise, you can download and install it yourself without any charge.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR ONSITE AND REMOTE?

We typically charge $95/hr for onsite services. However, subscribers qualify for flat-rate onsite services of $150, good for up to 2 hours of service. We start with an attempt to correct the issue remotely, for $75. If that fails, we apply the $75 towards your onsite visit.

 

Remote is billed in 15 minute increments, which is $18.75

 

Most repairs and software installations are possible to do over remote. Operating system reinstallations, hardware replacements, are not.

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)?

Our Enterprise managed IT services come with a 4 hour SLA, down to a 1 hour SLA for our Platinum package. However, our Home Office services come with an 8 hour SLA.

A Service Level Agreement, or SLA, is the timeframe that you are guaranteed a response or onsite service. This doesn’t mean we make you wait that long, but it does mean that we may not reply as quickly as we would on our higher prices.

WHAT ABOUT A TRIAL FOR AN ENTERPRISE PLAN?

While there is not any “free trials” for any of our services, if you’re looking for a ‘lite’ experience of our full Managed Services packages before buying a full package, you can try a Home Office package on for size; please be aware it has a maximum of 8┬ácomputers, so if you have more, you’ll need to pick which ones you want to try it with, or go for a full enterprise package.
