WHAT DO I GET?
Every managed IT service plan includes antivirus, business email, 24×7 monitoring, update management, remote support, and onsite service.
DO I HAVE TO AGREE TO AN ANNUAL CONTRACT?
No. If you’d like to start off with a 6mo contract, we can do that. However, this is subject to a price increase.
CAN I PREPAY FOR ANY ONSITE OR REMOTE SERVICE?
Absolutely, if you know you’re going to use some hours ahead of time, then it makes sense to prepay for those hours. We will apply any credits to your invoices before billing any further.
WHAT DO YOU SUPPORT?
We can service Windows, Mac, and Linux equally well.
WHAT ARE YOUR ONSITE RATES?
Your service level determines which hours you get our standard rates for. Our “after-hours” rates are charged when you’re outside those hours.
Our standard onsite hourly rate is $95/hr. After hours is $115/hr.
Our standard remote hourly rate is $75/hr. After hours is $90/hr.
We do not offer drop-off services.
WHAT TIERS DO YOU HAVE?
We offer one plan- the GOLD plan. All of our clients are Gold and deserve to be treated like it. When you’re with us, you’re family.
