Absolutely! However, you may find our Home Office and Business IT services more suitable for your needs. If you’re looking to try us out, don’t hesitate!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We charge a flat rate for our remote support. This is way more cost effective than sending a technician onsite, and as a result, you’ll save a bundle. For just $75, we’ll stay connected to your computer and troubleshoot until your computer is back to itself again.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

So here’s a little secret to how remote support costs less than on-site: billing is typically based on how often the technician has to be in front of the computer.

Think of it this way, if it takes 15 minutes to start a virus scan, and you know it might take 2 hours to run the scan… you don’t want to pay for the tech to sit there, right?

That’s what’s nice about remote. We start the scan, and don’t come back to it until it’s done. Plus, you aren’t being billed for us to sit and watch the scan.

WHAT ALL CAN YOU FIX?

Slow computers, email setup, software setup, errors, you name it! There are some limitations to what we can fix remotely, namely hardware.

If we have to send a technician onsite because your computer can’t be fixed remotely, we’ll apply what you’ve paid for remote support towards the onsite fees.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express either over the phone, or we can send an invoice to be paid electronically. You get a receipt either way.

It is much easier to process payment over the phone.

I DON'T LIVE IN THE USA, CAN YOU HELP ME?

As long as you have an internet connection, we can help you. However, depending on country, we may not be able to send a technician onsite. We can currently send techs to Canada, but if you are elsewhere and would like us to send someone out, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
